You also have full access to the community’s club house with a dining room and bar.

Additional fees: There is an 11.5% sales tax, $275 social membership transfer fee, $125 for required background checks, and $100 cleaning fee.  A $1,200 refundable security deposit will be returned immediately after our final inspection of the home at the end of the rental.
