How do I reserve a tee time?
In season, Golf Village members may request tee times between 5 to 7 days in advance through the FORETEES Lottery System. To make a request you must first log in to the Colonial Golf Club website. You may also contact FORETEES to submit a lottery request with your membership number. Golf Village members looking to book tee times 1 to 4 days in advance can do so by contacting the Golf Shop.

May - September, Golf Village members can book tee times up to 7 days in advance through the Golf Shop. Lakes Village members can book tee times up to 3 days in advance through the Golf Shop year round.

Please feel free to contact the Golf Shop if you have any questions regarding how to use the lottery system or how to book a tee time.

How do I become a member at Colonial?
Colonial Country Club is a common interest realty association. Our memberships are solely available to home owners and renters in our community. Please see our Communities section for a listing of available properties to own or lease.

How long is an average round of golf at Colonial?

We strive for a 4 hour pace. In order to keep tee times running accordingly, we ask golfers to play "ready golf". To learn more about our new Pace of Play Flag System, please click here.

Are clubs available to rent?
Yes, rental clubs are available on a first come, first served basis. We have both right and left handed sets available for men, and right handed sets available for ladies. The cost to use a rental set is $35.00 for a full round of golf, and includes a pack of 6 Callaway balls.

The main attire violations seen at Colonial and other courses concern athletic / cargo shorts and non-collared shirts. What is the difference between the Hole in One Club and the Hole in One Insurance?
Members who get a hole in one while playing at Colonial can have their name posted on the website. Those looking to enroll in Hole in One Insurance need to contact the Golf Shop to be enrolled. Once enrolled, the member will be charged $3.00 every time another member with the insurance gets a hole in one. Should the member who has insurance get a hole in one at Colonial Country Club themselves, they will receive a $750.00 Colonial Country Club gift card that can be used throughout the community! Members can remove themselves from the insurance at any time in the Golf Shop. Good luck!
