Additional fees: There is an 11.5% sales tax, $639.00 CCC social membership transfer fee, $150 for required background check, and HOA approval, $250 departure cleaning fee. A $1200 refundable security deposit will be returned immediately after our final inspection of the home at the end of the rental.
