Alan Ghiciac Food & Beverage Director Born and raised in Eastern Europe Romania, Alan Ghiciac has worked in the hospitality industry for the last seventeen years. Graduated Culinary High School in Bucharest Romania in 1993, and he has worked for Intercontinental Hotel in Bucharest, Royal Majesty Cruise Lines, and Hillcrest Golf and Country Club with Troon Golf for the last five years. Alan is a member of the Club Managers Association of America, and also the Maitre D’ Society since 2004. He is currently working towards earning his Bachelors Degree in Business and Administration from Keiser College, Florida. Aware of all Troon high standards, and with a passion for Food and Beverage operations, Alan is committed to always find alternative options and solutions to generate maximum revenue while achieving the highest level of member satisfaction in the Club industry. |

Michael Garner Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Michael has been with Colonial since November 2004. He has been in the club and hospitality business for 17 years, receiving his training with Club Corp. International. Previous to Colonial, he has been at the Royal Palm Yacht Club, the Landings Yacht, Golf & Tennis Club, and Heritage Palms Country Club. He enjoys traveling, good wines, and dining out. If he is not at Colonial, you can probably find him motoring or sailing on the river. |

Greg Fekete
Sous Chef
Greg has been a Florida resident for 33 years. He has 20 years experience working in hotels, country clubs and restaurants. He has worked for Walt Disney World and prominent clubs on the East coast of Florida. Greg is an avid golfer and bowler.
