Cancellation Policy
Day Trip Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be issued for cancellations received at least 21 days prior to the tour date. Cancellations made after that date are subject to the following: for events where tickets and/or meals have been purchased, there are no refunds within 21 days of the tour. For all other day tours, there are no refunds within 10 days of the tours.
Multi-Day Tour Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be made for cancellations received at least 45 days prior to the tour date. Cancellations made after that date are subject to the following: for cancellations made 21 – 44 days before the tour, there is a 50% refund. From 7 days to 20 days, the refund is 25%. There are no refunds within 7 days of the tour.
With the exception of ship inspections and casino and race track trips, name substitutions are allowed.
