Reservation Policies

Reservations are required for evening dining and Sunday Brunches. The Grill Room is first come, first served- no reservations required. For Special Dining Events - Reservations are Required. Some special events will require you to buy your tickets in advance at the Clubhouse. Call 768-7301 and press 1 for reservations or any questions related to dining.

RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY

The Cancellation Policy as approved by the
Food and Beverage Committee is as follows:
  • Members must cancel their reservations by 5 p.m. on the day before any Club Event 
  • Members and Guest failing to cancel reservations for Club Events will be charged the full price of that event including a 18% Gratuity Fee.
  • Reservations can be made 60 days prior to any event. This includes all Dance Themed Events.
  • Those members making reservations for Non-Members including family and friends, can make reservations a maximum of 14 days before the event.

Article IX            Reservations and Cancellations

 

            9.1. General.  Reservations are required for certain activities of the Club, including the use of the golf and tennis facilities, and shall be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis by pre-registering with the appropriate Club personnel.

            9.2. Dining Facilities.  Dinner reservations may be required as determined by Club Management.  Members are asked to assist in maintaining required service levels by making reservations for dining prior to 1:00 p.m. on the day involved.  All reservations will be accommodated on an "as available" basis.  A 24 hour notice is requested for parties of more than 10 persons and a set menu should be arranged whenever possible.  The courtesy of providing notice of necessary changes or cancellations is requested no later than 1:00 p.m. on the day involved, except members shall provide the Club with notice of cancellation of a reservation for a party of 10 or more at least 24 hours prior to the reserved time, especially when a special menu has been requested.  Reservations for dining will be held for only 15 minutes after the reserved time.

            9.3. Table Assignment at Club Functions.  For all functions of the Club held in the Club dining rooms, tables will be assigned on a first-call, first-choice basis.  Reservations for special tables will not be accepted.

9.4 Cancellation Fees

Failure to cancel a reservation which one does not use, including tee times January through March for regular play and tournament play at least 24 hours prior to the reserved time, Spa Treatments at least 24 hours prior to appointments, Dining reservations within the time specified in Section 9.2 and Special Dining Events reservations 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted price being charged to the Member.

 

Special Dining events include but are not limited to, Easter buffet, Valentines Day, St. Patrick’s, New Years Eve, Halloween, Casino Night, Thanksgiving and July 4th.

 

Golf Tournaments include, Club Medal Championship, Match Play Championship, Member/Member Two Day, Member Guest Two Day, Member Guest One Day, Colonial Open and Interclub Matches.
