Reservation Policies
RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY
The Cancellation Policy as approved by the Food and Beverage Committee is as follows:
- Members must cancel their reservations by 5pm on the day before any Club Event
- Members and Guest failing to cancel reservations for Club Events will be charged the full price of that event including an 18% Gratuity Fee.
- Reservations can be made 60 days prior to any event. This includes all Dance Themed Events.
- Those members making reservations for Non-Members including family and friends, can make reservations a maximum of 14 days before the event.
