Reservation Policies

Reservations are required for evening dining and Sunday Brunches. The Grill Room is first come, first served- no reservations required. For Special Dining Events - Reservations are Required. Some special events will require you to buy your tickets in advance at the Clubhouse. Call 768-7301 and press 1 for reservations or any questions related to dining.

 

 

RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY

 

 

The Cancellation Policy as approved by the Food and Beverage Committee is as follows:

 

  • Members must cancel their reservations by 5pm on the day before any Club Event
  • Members and Guest failing to cancel reservations for Club Events will be charged the full price of that event including an 18% Gratuity Fee.
  • Reservations can be made 60 days prior to any event. This includes all Dance Themed Events.
  • Those members making reservations for Non-Members including family and friends, can make reservations a maximum of 14 days before the event.
