Personal Training
PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS: All forms of resistance training are implemented, but all with the concept that less is always more and that functionality training is more practical for the majority of the fitness population. Once you make the decision to utilize any of the programs available, you will have an initial interview with your personal fitness professional. The purpose of this initial interview is for the fitness professional to acclimate themselves with the specific wants and needs of the new member. Then a specific fitness plan shall be applied, fitting all the desires of the member. Orientations: You will be taken through the facility in a group setting and shown by one of our fitness professionals how to properly use the selected equipment with correct form. This session lasts approximately 30 minutes and is by appointment only. Fitness Evaluations: This is a comprehensive evaluation of your current and past health, specific health concerns, fitness goals, and program needs. During this session, you and the fitness professional will put together a program specifically designed for you and your needs. In addition you will receive an itemized body composition chart listing body fat, fat mass, fat free mass, body mass index, daily caloric maintenance levels, total body water and your new specific body composition goals. This session lasts approximatly one hour and can be purchased individually or in a package. By appointment only.

Your exercise professional will develop a fitness program with your specialized needs in mind. Get the attention you deserve.
